Our mission is to mobilize women to fulfill their ministerial call. Acts 2:17 (NIV) says, “In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.”
The Network of Women Ministers exists to connect and inspire credentialed women ministers, and those seeking credentials. We are dedicated to building community among our women ministers and providing leadership development opportunities. Our aim is to model Biblical leadership through the various ministries in which we serve. We want to equip pastors and the local church body to empower women to leadership within their churches, allowing younger generations to see God's Spirit poured out on all flesh.
The image of God is best reflected and the church is healthiest when both men and women are empowered to fulfill their calling at every level of ministerial leadership.
Foster Community We are a place where women can surround themselves with a spiritual support system to receive encouragement as they walk out their call.
Raise Theological Awareness We lean into scripture to shape our practice as a minister and leader in order to educate and enhance theological awareness.
Leadership Development We facilitate opportunities for women to enhance their skills and grow in leadership. NWM is committed to coming alongside pastors to equip women in ministerial and leadership competencies.
Normalize Women and Men Working Together in Ministry Women and men serving together is not an anomaly. It’s biblical, and it's a normal practice for our A/G family.
